These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the THANKS ONLINE STORE. By placing an order through the THANKS ONLINE STORE, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the shop.thanksyo.com Site Terms, you may not use the THANKS ONLINE STORE.
All prices on the THANKS ONLINE STORE are given in New Zealand Dollars ($) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15% but exclusive of delivery costs.
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard and VISA) . The
payment gateway we use is called eWay. In using this system it means we do not record your credit card details and it is a secure gateway for online payment. If you are interested in reading more about eWay you can see their website at eWay.co.nz. We also offer the option to pay using PayPal.
The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.
Please note THANKS ONLINE STORE has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. Please see the shipping section for more information about delivery costs and delivery dates.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. We have a physical store which shares the limited stock so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best possible to somehow fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.
Distribution and retail agreements mean that some brands or products can only be shipped to customers in New Zealand. This will be specified in the description of the product. Brands or products may also have restrictions on online purchasing. These products are still displayed on the online store but will not have an ‘Add to shopping cart’ button. To purchase these products please contact us and we will make sure you get sorted.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below. We use Toll Logistics Couriers with track and trace within New Zealand and NZ Post for international service, which allows us to give you the best shipping prices.
Shipping within NZ is free! Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. For international orders please allow 4 – 10 working days worldwide. Delivery is not available to rural addresses so please arrange and alternative address if this is the case.

There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items.
Once an order has been placed you are unable to cancel or alter the order.
If you are unhappy with our products in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
If you wish to return your item for exchange these items need to be returned and reach us within 7 days of being received by you. If you return the product any later than the 7 day time slot, you will have up to 14 days (an extra 7 days) from the date of you receiving the goods in which to be issued with a THANKS Credit Note to the value of the item at the time of purchase. THANKS credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on the THANKS web store or in the THANKS store. If you want to purchase from the site with your Credit Note please contact us before making your purchase at email@example.com.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; we at THANKS take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting firstname.lastname@example.org about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted. Please when returning footwear return with the original box within another box.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
We highly recommend sending back with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail!
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
THANKS collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances.
We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed by eWay with full PCI compliance and Shopify which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe, one of the worlds most secure payment methods.
Joining the THANKS mailing list is optional, although recommended. It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest info including what’s new in store. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall wipe you off the list.
